Roadentra Privacy Notice

Local-first operating records

Roadentra is designed so the operating information you enter into the app — such as saved loads, fleet records, maintenance, securement records, hours-companion entries, expenses, inspections, receipts, photos and PDFs — stays in your browser/device's local storage unless you choose to export a Full Backup. Roadentra does not intentionally transmit those operating records to a Roadentra cloud database.

Purchases

Stripe processes Roadentra purchases. Stripe may collect information needed to process the transaction, such as your name, email address, payment details and transaction information. Roadentra does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Affiliate referral tracking

Roadentra uses Affonso on the public marketing website to attribute eligible partner referrals. When you arrive through a partner referral link, Affonso may place or read a referral cookie in your browser for up to 30 days and process referral-related technical information so a qualifying purchase can be attributed to the referring partner. This referral tracking is separate from Roadentra's local-first operating records; the purchaser application does not intentionally send fleet, load, inspection, expense, receipt, photo or PDF records to Affonso.

Hosting and technical information

The Roadentra website is delivered through a hosting provider. As with ordinary web hosting, technical connection information such as IP address, browser/request information and timestamps may be processed in server or security logs by the hosting provider.

Why information is used

Purchase information is used to process payments, provide purchase support, handle refund requests, prevent abuse and keep ordinary business records. We aim to limit collection to information reasonably needed for those purposes.

Backups

A Roadentra Full Backup is a file you control. Store backup files securely because they may contain the operating records and attachments you entered into Roadentra.

Your choices and requests

You can remove local Roadentra data by using the app's available record controls or by clearing the relevant browser/site data, subject to the consequences explained in Roadentra. For purchase or privacy questions, use the merchant contact information shown on your Stripe purchase receipt or confirmation.

Changes

This notice may be updated as Roadentra's commercial or technical operation changes. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date.
