Roadentra Terms of Use & Purchase

1. Product

Roadentra Owner-Operator Edition is a standalone, local-first web application providing load-profit calculations and owner-operator recordkeeping tools. The purchase is a licence to use Roadentra; ownership of Roadentra software, branding and intellectual property is not transferred.

2. One-time purchase

The launch price is $39.99 CAD as shown at checkout. Roadentra is sold as a one-time purchase for this edition, not a recurring subscription. Future editions, optional services or separately offered products may be priced separately.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase if Roadentra is not right for your operation. Use the merchant contact information shown on your Stripe receipt or purchase confirmation and provide enough information to identify the purchase. Refunds under this voluntary guarantee are returned through the original payment method where available. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Local-first data and backups

Roadentra operating records are designed to remain in the browser/device where you use the app unless you export a Full Backup. You are responsible for making regular Full Backups, especially before clearing browser/site data, resetting a device, or changing devices. A software update should not be treated as a substitute for a backup.

5. Operating and compliance responsibility

Roadentra is a planning and recordkeeping companion. It is not a certified or registered ELD, legal advice, regulatory certification, dispatch service, load board, or guarantee of legal compliance, vehicle safety, cargo securement, profitability or fitness for a particular load. Drivers, carriers and operators remain responsible for applicable laws, vehicle inspections, hours-of-service, weights, permits, cargo securement, route restrictions and operating decisions.

6. Calculations

Roadentra calculations depend on the information entered by the user and are estimates for decision support. Actual fuel use, exchange rates, fees, maintenance, taxes, insurance, delays and other operating costs may differ. Verify important figures before making commercial or safety-critical decisions.

7. Access and sharing

Your purchase is intended for your own Roadentra use. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or intentionally share purchaser-only access in a way that substitutes for another person's purchase.

8. Availability and changes

Roadentra may be updated to correct defects, improve usability or maintain browser compatibility. Features may evolve. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of hosting or third-party services.

9. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices. Hosting is provided through third-party infrastructure. Roadentra does not receive or store raw payment-card details.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roadentra is provided without a guarantee that every calculation, record or workflow will meet every jurisdictional or operational requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
